The Craft Gazebo

Emotional Mandalas with Madeline

In this workshop we will explore and talk about emotions recognising our emotions and the importance of how we can express our feelings.

We will then visualise these emotions putting them all in to a mandala personal to each child!

Friday, 4-5.30pm 4+

Rags and Wreaths with Corrie

Rag wreaths and Pom Pom garlands are quite simple, we would either need willow or wreath rings in bulk and then it’s just scraps of cloth which are tied on. I could probably collect enough scrap material that you wouldn’t have to provide this. There needs to be some dexterity for tying knots and using scissors so probably 6/7+ in age.

Pom Pom garlands only require wool and a basic cardboard template. Again, I have an assortment of wool but I’d probably need some extra. We could also do festival headbands but I know there was someone doing that last time and they’re not quite as easy without hot glue.
